Work With Us
We work with qualified teachers and experienced tutors, trained mentors and specialist psychotherapists who believe every young person deserves a route back into learning.
Compass tutors deliver bespoke 1:1 sessions shaped by each learner's Individual Learning and Development Plan. You are never working alone: a Programme Lead coordinates the package, monitors progress and provides ongoing guidance.
All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks and our safer recruitment process, with safeguarding training provided.
